Poetry Book

This book was a group-sponsored project working with Inside Out and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to create a poetry book using students’ poems from K–12. We took inspiration from how nature was used in the poems and broke them up into two main sections. Mediation and Meditation I was responsible for finding and creating the artwork for the books. I would feel free to use illustrations and edit them to be colored in the best way to represent the poem.

What I learned: This was a very interesting experience having to work with a company but not get feedback from them right away since we only saw them a few times before we presented the final results, but it gave us a lot of confidence in making our own decisions that the client ended up enjoying.
